This 4 hour online workshop aims to equip physiotherapists with the knowledge and skills to implement effective strength training programs for older adults (50+). Participants will engage in interactive lectures to understand the physiological benefits and safety considerations of strength training for older adults. Practical sessions will provide hands-on experience in designing and implementing tailored strength training exercises suitable for this population to improve muscle strength and mass, improve balance and reduces the risk of falls, increase bone density, boost mobility, functional independence and quality of life
